All goods are supplied SALE or RETURN. If you are not entirely satisfied with goods supplied we will immediately refund your money in full upon receipt of the goods returned in saleable condition. RETURNED GOODS MUST BE MADE AT THE BUYERS COST, AND THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THE RETURNED GOODS ARE RECEIVED BY BLACK LABRADOR WORLD. We deliver throughout the UK using Royal Mail 2nd Class, usually recorded delivery - Postal charges are dependent on total order value. Prices are adjusted on the website for international buyers by clicking the appropriate link. If your item is not in stock, we will inform you by phone or email and send the item when it comes into stock which is usually within 28 days of order. You can cancel the order if you would rather not wait. If the item is in stock delivery is usually within 7 working days.
Ordering & Payment
After placing your order, we will send an email to confirm that the item(s) are in stock. While every effort is made to ensure that stock levels displayed on the website are correct, we may email you to advise that an item is no longer in stock. Under these circumstances we will send you an immediate refund to your credit/debit card.
All prices on the website are in pounds sterling and include VAT.
Goods will be dispatched only after the correct funds have been received by Black Labrador World via your chosen payment method and all details including addresses have been verified.
